Patrick M. Phillips, Registered Tax Return Preparer, Chairman & CEO
-Patrick earned his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from St. Francis University in Loretto, Pennsylvania. After graduation in 1981, he joined Paul's accounting practice.

Ronald C. "Doc" McClure, President
-Doc earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting from Shippensburg University in Shippensburg, Pennsylvania in 1988.  After working for a local accounting firm for 13 years, Doc joined Phillips Accounting in 2002.  Married to Emily Ford on August 8, 2015, Doc and Emily welcomed their first child "Maggie" on April 16, 2016. 

Jodi Davis, Secretary/Treasurer
-Jodi is our Office Manager.  After working during tax season for the past several years, she now has agreed to come on full time.  Married to TC Davis with two children Lydia and TC, she is active in her church and children's school. Jodi is Doc's sister..

Paula M. Phillips, Office Administration (Retired)
-Paula earned her Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from St. Francis University in Loretto, Pennsylvania in 1977.  After thirty years as an accountant for Chester County Government, Paula has been helping in the office since 2008.  She retired in 2021.

Paul J. Phillips, PA (Deceased)
-Paul started his public accounting practice in 1976 after earning his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from St. Francis University in Loretto, Pennsylvania.  He retired in 2002.  Paul passed away on September 26, 2022.  He was the most generous and kind individual, his smile brightened every day.  His spirit will be always with us.

Marian Phillips (Deceased)
-Marian is Mom.  She has been the heart and soul of the office since it's inception.  On April 8, 2018 Mom passed away.  We miss her so very much.  Her love continues to motivate and inspire us.  She was the most loving and compassionate mother to all.
